Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to hear back about an inquiry?
While I try my best to respond as quickly as possible, it could take up to 3 days to hear back from me. If you have not heard anything within 3 days, you can contact me/message me again to make sure I received it. 

How soon do I need to place an order?
The sooner you place an order the better. 1 month before your occasion is best. It gives me time to plan, order, and design. If I do not get 1 months notice, I may or may not be able to complete order and a rush fee may be applied. 

When do I pay for my order?
Payment will be accepted when I reach out to confirm your order. Payment ensures your order is confirmed and will be put down in my books. 

How do I know when my order is confirmed?
When you inquire about an order, I will reach out to you to confirm your order. 


Can I cancel my order?
Our cancellation policy follows a one week in advance cancellation. This is to ensure that I have not already started on the order. If you cancel with a week's advance, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel later than a weeks' notice, you may be charged a fee. 

How do I inquire about an order?
Fill out the inquiry form with details about your order. I will contact you when I receive the inquiry.

What are the prices of your cookies?
Pricing is per dozen and can be found on my pricing guide.


Do you ship?
Yes! I can ship anywhere in the US with an additional shipping fee. As I do my very best to ensure the cookies remain safe and unbroken during the shipping process, there is a risk some cookies break during their travel. I always send extra just in case this were to happen. If cookies are damaged during the shipping process, I will refund the amount of the # of cookies that were damaged.
